To request a new password, provide your StandBy username or e-mail address below. If the account exists, you'll receive an email with instructions to set a new password:

Provide the e-mail address that was used for the creation of your StandBy account to receive an e-mail with (all) the username(s) that is/are attached to that e-mail address. It will also provide instructions on how to request a new password for the account(s):
